Woke Judges Block Trump, As He and El Salvador’s President Slam Biden’s Dangerous Immigration Loopholes

A fierce political and legal showdown is brewing as former President Donald Trump takes direct aim at what he calls “lawfare” being waged by activist judges and left-wing media outlets — this time in the form of a court decision that halts the deportation of over 500,000 individuals who entered the U.S. under a Biden-era immigration program.

Trump is calling out the media for ignoring what he describes as “the real threat” — criminals allowed into the country under Biden’s open-border policies. At the center of the storm: a controversial decision by an Obama-appointed judge to block the Trump administration’s effort to rescind legal protections from certain foreign nationals flown into the U.S. via an obscure Biden executive program.

The move follows widespread allegations of fraud and disturbing criminal acts tied to the program, including violent crimes such as child rape. Several recipients of this temporary status program have already been arrested.

While liberal pundits deflect, Trump and his team are focusing on cases like Kilmar Abrego-Garcia — a Salvadoran national with alleged MS-13 ties who was deported by Trump despite a 2019 court order barring the move. Critics call the deportation a violation of due process. Trump officials call it common sense.

“Nobody was mistakenly deported. He is El Salvadoran. He was deported to his home country. Where else should he go?” said Stephen Miller, Homeland Security Advisor and Trump’s former senior advisor.

El Salvador’s President Nayib Bukele backed Trump’s stance, firmly rejecting the idea that his country must return Abrego-Garcia to the U.S.

“How can I return him to the United States? Could I smuggle him in?” Bukele asked reporters bluntly. “Of course not. The question is absurd.”

Meanwhile, Trump slammed the media for ignoring victims like Rachel Morin — a Maryland mother of five who was murdered by an illegal immigrant. “The focus should be on her life, not covering for criminals,” he posted.

Fox News’ Harris Faulkner highlighted how the number of illegal border crossings has dropped drastically during Trump’s enforcement push — from over 4,500 per day under Biden to just over 260 per day in recent CBP reports.

But a bigger plan may be coming. Trump has hinted at deporting not just foreign criminals, but American-born violent offenders to overseas prisons — possibly in El Salvador. The idea sparked backlash from Democrats like DNC Chair Ken Martin, who called it “unconstitutional.” But Trump isn’t backing down.

“If we have to build more prisons, we will. The streets belong to law-abiding Americans,” Trump’s camp insisted.

Senator Bernie Moreno of Ohio, a legal immigrant himself, blasted Democrats for defending illegal immigrants linked to gangs and sex crimes.

“It’s disgusting. They’re giving all immigrants a bad name,” Moreno said. “We came the right way. These people are skipping the line — and some are criminals. Americans voted for a secure border, and Trump is delivering it.”

Senator Moreno also weighed in on Biden’s secretive flights from Cuba, Haiti, Venezuela, and Nicaragua. “We flew planes into those countries and their dictators emptied their jails and sent us criminals. That’s how Biden’s program really worked.”

And while Democrats push back, Trump is already looking forward. In addition to immigration enforcement, he’s planning a major economic realignment by pushing tariffs on Chinese pharmaceuticals and semiconductors, aiming to restore manufacturing and medical independence to the U.S.

“This is a national emergency,” said Moreno. “We cannot depend on China for life-saving drugs and critical technology. Trump gets it. That’s why we’re with him.”

As pressure builds, Americans are once again watching the border. Will the judges continue to block Trump’s agenda? Or will the American people demand their country back?
